She was a native of Collins and a longtime resident of Philadelphia.  She formerly worked in maintenance at Silver Star Casino.  Mrs. Collins was Baptist by faith. She was preceded in death by her father, Homer Carter; sister, Jean Herrington; and son, Anthony Lee Collins. Survivors include her husband, Aubry Collins of Philadelphia; daughters, Amy Shree Smith (Danny) of Meridian and Sherry Lynn Drewery (Jimmy) of Philadelphia; son, Robert Wesley Collins (Brandy) of Philadelphia; six grandchildren; mother, Viola Carter of Collins; brothers, Buster Carter, Reese Carter and Marvin Carter all of Collins; and a number of nieces and nephews.
