SHANE FREEMANREV. BROWN BARRIER Mrs. Alexander, 88, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, March 24, 2013 at Neshoba County General Hospital. She was a native of Neshoba County and a longtime resident of the Fork community.  Mrs. Alexander was a member of New Zion United Pentecostal Church. Survivors include her husband, W.M. Alexander of Philadelphia; daughters, Jan Roberson (William) of Philadelphia, Carolyn Anderson of Philadelphia, Lynda Seal of Meridian and Pat Lovern (Lyvone) of Philadelphia; step-daughters, Rachel Warren (Ray) of Philadelphia and Regina Fortenberry (John Pat) of Philadelphia; step-son, Tilton Alexander of Sheridan, AR; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Mrs. Alexander was preceded in death by her first husband, A.J. Browning; parents, Victor and Molly Rushing; four sisters and four brothers.Pallbearers were Mark Brown, Richard Matthews, Josh Lovern, Jason Lovern, Jamie Warren, Tim Hardy, Todd Jones and Darren Woods.
