JOEY KELLY Mrs. Parker, 80, of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at Neshoba County General Hospital. She was born and reared in Germany.  In 1956, she married her husband, Bobby R. Parker, while he was stationed in Germany. They traveled to many different countries and throughout the United States, until retiring and moving to Neshoba County in 1977. Survivors include her son, Timothy Parker (Bridgett) of Carthage; one grandson; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby R. Parker and her son, Kenneth D. Parker.
