WAYNE HILLMr. Blair, 63, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Choctaw Residential Center. He was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County.  He retired from Yellow Freight in 2005.  Mr. Blair was a member of West Philadelphia Baptist Church.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. Survivors include his sons, Charles Lee Blair, Scott Blair (Kristen) and Jason Blair (Rebekah), all of Philadelphia; eight grandchildren; sisters, Marie Graham of Philadelphia, Betty Blair and Judy Blair, both of Jackson; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mr. Blair was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Faye Blair.
