RAY LUKEMrs. Long, 89, of Noxapater, died Monday, June 9, 2014 at her home. She was a native of Kemper County and lived most of her life in Noxapater. She was retired from Spartus Clock Factory in Louisville. Mrs. Long was a member of Stallo United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Barbara Hindman (Perry) of Louisville, Jenny Eaves (Vance) of Louisville and Judy Coward (James) of Noxapater; sons, Ronald Long of Noxapater and Donald Long (Cindy) of Noxapater; step-sons, James Long (Hayes) of Louisville and Jack Long (Dorothy) of Houston TX; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Bobbie Woods of Philadelphia and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Long was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Long and a granddaughter, Amanda Coward.Pallbearers were Kevin Hindman, Kyle Hindman, Robert Eaves, Justin Eaves, Corey Coward and Quay Eaves.
