Survivors include her husband, Scott Shannon of Louisville; daughter, Sara August Shannon of Starkville; son, Steeler Scott Shannon of Louisville; mother, Mattie Fedrick of Louisville; sister, Dana Fedrick of Louisville; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Mrs. Shannon was preceded in death by her father, Elvin “Cat” Fedrick.
