DAVID SELLERSMrs. Smith, 86, of Collinsville, MS, died Friday, February 13, 2015, at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. She was a native of Neshoba County and a longtime resident of Newton County.  She retired as inspector/quality control for garment and furniture manufacturing.  Mrs. Smith was a longtime member of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Carter of Brandon; sons, Weldon Smith of Brookhaven and Gaylon Smith of Pearl; grandchildren, Candace Heard, Mary Elizabeth Miller, Heather Prisock, Sarah Slabach and Ryan Smith; great-grandchildren, Carter Heard, Jake Heard, Mina Heard, Braden Prisock, Chloe Prisock, Jentezen Prisock, Ella Smith, Rachel Miller, Kevin  Miller and Brooke Miller; sister, Tommie Frazier and brother, Max Alawine, both of Collinsville and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Marzine Smith; parents, Sammie and Clebee Alawine; infant daughter, Cathy Elizabeth Smith and brothers, Charles and Williams Alawine.Pallbearers were Ryan Smith, Ricky Smith, Justin Miller, Michael Alawine, Tony Alawine and Billy Alawine.
