CREIGHTON WHITEINTERMENT: COY METHODIST CEMETERY Mrs. Nance, 97, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, August 9, 2015, at Mississippi Care Center of DeKalb. She was a native and longtime resident of the Preston community in Neshoba/Kemper counties.  Mrs. Nance was a member of Coy United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Mary Lynn Bankester of Madison; sons, Dale Nance (Mary) of Philadelphia, Kenneth Nance (Bea) of Brandon, Jeff Nance (Barbara) of Winona, and Dan Nance (Rita) of Philadelphia; 11 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and their families. Mrs. Nance was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Jay Nance; son-in-law, Charlie Bankester; parents, Herbert (M. H.) and Mary Eliza Luke; brothers, Herman and Earl; sisters, Ruth, Nannie, Nellie, and Bonnie. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Coy United Methodist Church or your favorite charity.Pallbearers were: Steve Nance, Brent Nance, Bradley Bankester, Eddie Nance, Bryan Bankester, and Austin Lofton.
