JOHNNY COLLINS Mrs. Guthrie, 79, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, January 17, 2016, at her home. She was a native and longtime resident of the Linwood community in Neshoba County.  Mrs. Guthrie was a member of Neshoba Baptist Church where she sang in the choir. Survivors include her husband, Harvey Guthrie of Philadelphia; son, Mike Guthrie of Philadelphia; granddaughter, Ashley Weaver (Joel) of Southaven; sister, Nadine Thornton of Grenada; brothers, James Hardy of Philadelphia, Benny Hardy of Pearl and Clayton Hardy of Philadelphia; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Mrs. Guthrie was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Lessie Hardy; sister, Earline Hardy; and brothers, Tom Hardy, Paul Hardy and Billy Hardy.Pallbearers were Walter Hardy, Lee Hardy, Charles Mason, Jack Mason, Joey Blount and Darron Smith.
