CHRIS YOUNG Mrs. Latimer, 97, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at her home. She was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County. She worked for several years as a sales clerk at J.C. Jenney in Philadelphia until her retirement.  She was a wonderful homemaker and an avid gardener.  Mrs. Latimer was a Christian by faith. Survivors include her daughters, Jane Latimer Perry of Starkville and Kay Latimer Taylor (Johnnie) of Madden; son, Tommy Latimer of Philadelphia; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Latimer; son, Hugh Wayne “Butch” Latimer; and eight sisters and brothers. Pallbearers are Michael Bostick, Brett Latimer, Drew Wolverton, Johnnie Taylor, Larry Hardy and William Latimer.
