ALBERT REIDMrs. Catherine Abel, 90, of Iuka, MS, died Sunday, December 11, 2016, at Tishomingo Manor Nursing Home in Iuka, MS. She was a native of Clarke County and longtime resident of Neshoba County until moving to Tishomingo County ten years ago.  Prior to her career as a private home health caregiver, where she formally worked, she was employed at Garan and Nemanco.  Mrs. Abel was Pentecostal by faith.   Survivors include her son, Johnny Abel and wife, Martha of Tishomingo, MS; five grandsons; 10 great-grandchildren; and brother, Jimmy Morgan. Mrs. Abel was preceded in death by her husband, L. C. Abel in 2004; sisters, Audrey and Pauline; and brothers, Dallas, J. D. and Shorty Sims.
