TIM CLEVELAND Mr. Cloyce Moore, 84, of Carthage, died Monday, February 13, 2017, at Diversicare of Carthage. He was a native of Leake County and lived in Yazoo City for several years. He worked as a mechanic for a few years before becoming owner and operator of Moore’s Furniture in Yazoo City until his retirement. He returned home to Carthage where he was a member of First Assembly of God in Carthage. Survivors include his son, Randy Moore (Laura) of Folsom, LA; daughter-in-law, Paula Phillips of Hattiesburg, MS; five grandchildren, Amanda Edwards, David Moore (Ashlie), Michael Moore, Sarah Moore and Dylan Moore; five great-grandchildren, Braxton Edwards, Hayden Edwards, Sasha Moore, Vincent Moore and Rory Moore; sister, Grace Moreland of Carthage; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Moore; two sons, David and Eddie Moore; parents, Virgil and Arrie Moore; and several brothers and sisters. Pallbearers are David Moore, Michael Moore, Dylan Moore, Steve Moore, Curtis Moore, Darrel Loper and Joel Loper.
