CHRIS VOWELLMrs. Herrington, 89, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, February 26, 2017, at her daughter’s residence in Philadelphia. She was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County.  She retired from Wells Lamont Glove Factory in Philadelphia.  Mrs. Herrington was a member of Longino Baptist Church.  Survivors include three daughters, Nell Holland of Carrollton, TX, Marie Herrington of Philadelphia, MS, Charlie Brannon (Tappan) of Destin, FL; ten grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sisters, Bernice Hancock of Philadelphia, MS, and Ruby Beason of Mobile, AL; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Herrington was preceded in death by her husband, Miles Edward Herrington; son, Edward D. Herrington; and several sisters and brothers.
