She was a native of Neshoba County and retired from the Mississippi Highway Patrol Department.  Mrs. Luke was Catholic by faith.Survivors include her granddaughter, Sarah Parker of Jackson; sister, Anell Gore of Jackson; and a number of nieces, nephews and extended family. Mrs. Luke was preceded in death by her daughter, Renee Luke; a sister and a brother.
