Mrs Tolbert, 76, died Saturday, September 26, 2009 at Regency Hospital of Meridian.Survivors include her daughter, Judy Tolbert Stevens and her husband, James of Philadelphia; son, Jimmy H. Tolbert and his wife, Darlene of Union; seven grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews.
