UNTIL SERVICE TIME @ PLEASANT SPRINGS PRESBYTERIAN CHURCHINTERMENT:  PLEASANT SPRINGS CEMETERY Mr. William Earl Fulton, 51, of Preston, died Monday, December 21, 2009 in Sun City, Arizona.   He was a native and lifelong resident of Kemper County.  He worked at Taylor Machine Works in Louisville for 20 years.   Survivors include his wife, Sandra Kay Fulton of Preston; sons, William Sean Fulton and his wife, Nikki of Preston, and Shandon Wade Fulton of Preston; father, Leon Fulton of Preston; step-mother, Charlotte Fulton of Preston; sister, Bertha Richardson and her husband, Randy of Hattiesburg; brother, Terrell Fulton and his wife, Penny of Preston; and several nieces and nephews.   Mr. Fulton was preceded in death by his mother, Junier Louise Fulton.
