WAYNE CRENSHAWMrs. Shirley Beckham Pou, 85, of Philadelphia, died Monday, January 4, 2010 at Choctaw Residential Center. She was a native of Neshoba County and a long time resident of the Zephyr Hill Community.  She was retired as supervisor from Wells Lamont  in Philadelphia.  Mrs. Pou was a member of New Black Jack Baptist Church and was a past member of the Eastern Star.    Mrs. Pou was preceded in death by her husband, John Hiram Pou; parents, Robert and Eleanor Beckham; and sisters, Mary Sistrunk, Beverly Ward, and Linda Sue Townsend.   Survivors include daughters, Barbara (Poppy) Rogers of Jackson and Joan Thompson of Philadelphia; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Beckham of Philadelphia and sister, Betty Crenshaw of Flowood.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
