MARK COPELAND Mrs. Mildred Sims, 75, of Philadelphia, died Friday, February 5, 2010 at Nursing County Nursing Home.   She was a lifelong resident of Neshoba County and was a member of New Zion United Pentecostal Church.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Edward Sims; daughter, Sandra O'Berry; sister, Doris Ward; and brother, Devon Collins.   Survivors include daughters, Carolyn Wilder and Deborah Fedrick both of Philadelphia; sons, Lenon Sims of Philadelphia, Danny Sims of Philadelphia, Gary Sims of Philadelphia, Perry Sims of Phoenix, AZ, and Ricky Sims of Philadelphia; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sisters, Nell Hightower of Tylertown, Kathy George of Quitman and Ivy King of Sebastopol; and brothers, Kenneth Collins and Aubry Collins both of Philadelphia.
