LONOIA BURKS Mr. Horace Vance, 62, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, February 21, 2010 at Rush Hospital in Meridian.   He was a native and lifelong resident of the Zion Community of Neshoba County.  Mr. Vance was a member of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church.   Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Vance; daughter, Janet Vance; sisters, Dean King and Collene Collins; brother, Thomas Vance; and grandson, Skylor Hines all of Philadelphia.   He was preceded in death by a daughter, Nancy Hines; parents, L.C. and Emma Vance; and brother, Harmon Vance.
