LENOIA BURKES Mrs. Willie Ruth Vance, 56, died Thursday, March 4, 2010 at her daughters residence in Cove, AR.   She was a native of Neshoba County but had been a resident of the Remus Community in Leake County for the past 20 years. She was a homemaker.  Mrs. Vance was Pentecostal by faith.   She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Ruby Vance; brothers, Leroy Vance and Robert Vance and sister, Ruby Sue Vance.   Survivors include her daughters, Betty Jones of Cove, AR and Rebecca Mooney of Carthage; sons, Dwayne Ellingburg, Ricky Ellingburg and Donnie Ellingburg, all of Carthage and Jason Howell of Philadelphia; 13 grandchildren; brothers, Eddie Vance of Philadelphia and Johnny Vance of Carthage.
