RON SCHWAKE Mr. Fulton, 80, of Preston, died Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Neshoba County General Hospital.   He was a native and lifelong resident of the Coy Community of Neshoba County.  Mr. Fulton was retired from U.S. Electrical Motors. He was a U.S. Army veteran.   Survivors include his daughter, Martha Kay Boswell and her husband, Webb, Jr. of Noxapater; grandchildren, Mary Kathryn Boswell, Webb Boswell, III, and Christopher Ellis Boswell all of Noxapater; step-grandchildren, Josh Pinkard, Jenna Pinkard, and Jayme Pinkard; and daughter-in-law, Karen Fulton of Kosciusko.   He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Rush Fulton and son, Joe Fulton.
