FRANKLIN MCLELLAND Mr. Lee M. McLelland, 81, died  Friday, March 19, 2010 at MS State Veterans Home in Jackson where he had lived for the past three years.    He was a native of Kemper County, MS but had been a resident of Jackson for more than 40 years. Mr. McLelland was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during the Korean Conflict.   He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Kate Strum McLelland; his parents, Albert Brown and Essie McLelland; five brothers and three sisters.   Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
