TOM BENTLEY   Mr. Charles Edward Bounds, 69, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, May 9, 2010 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. He was a native of Neshoba County and a long time resident of the Linwood Community.  He was a retired industrial engineer and formerly worked for Peavey Electronics.  Mr. Bounds was a member and deacon of First Assembly of God in Philadelphia.  He served in the U.S. Army.   Mr. Bounds was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Bounds in 2009; and parents, Corbitt and Annie Bounds. Survivors include sons, Kevin Bounds of Meridian, Guy Bounds and Eric Bounds both of Philadelphia; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Verlie Beckham of Philadelphia; and numerous nieces and nephews.
