DENNIS COATS Mr. Doris W. Smith, 72, died Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at his residence.   He was born and reared in Neshoba County and made his home in Philadelphia most of his life. He and his wife, Dot, owned and operated Dot's Café for many years.  Mr. Smith was a veteran of the U.S. Army.   Survivors include his wife, Dot Smith of Philadelphia; son, Bobby Tingle of Burns, TN; daughter, Jessica Wayne Smith of Philadelphia; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; step-mother, Mary Smithof Philadelphia, and brother, Jimmy Smith of Brookhaven.
