INTERMENT:  BETHSAIDA CEMETERY Mr. Sharp, 73, of Jackson, died Monday, November 1, 2010 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland.   He was a native of the Bethsaida Community of Neshoba County and a long time resident of Jackson.  He was retired from Mississippi Sheet Metal in Jackson and was a member of Sheet Metal Workers International Association Local 214 in Jackson.  Mr. Sharp was a member of Alta Woods Baptist Church. Survivors include wife, Marie Sharp of Jackson; daughter, Vicky Gray and her husband, Kent of Philadelphia; stepsons, Larry Aycock and his wife, Arlene of Florence, and Ronald Aycock and his wife, Yalunda of Jackson; granddaughter, Kristen Madison of Philadelphia; several step grandchildren; sisters, Martha Pearson of Clinton, Mauvene Thomas of Philadelphia, Estelle Fowler of Philadelphia, Alice Jerkins of Lena, and Freda Goodman of Meridian; brothers, Rev. Kermit Sharp of Philadelphia, Irvin Sharp of Meridian, and Bobby Glen Sharp of Philadelphia; and a host of nieces, nephews, and their families. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Randa Rena Sharp; parents, Bum and Ruby Sharp; sisters, Annie Kate Sharp and Delvina Sharp; and step-sons, Danny Aycock, Mike Aycock, Steve Aycock and Tony Aycock.
