CHRIS VOWELL Mrs. Byars, 83, died Thursday, November 25, 2010 at Neshoba County Nursing  Home.   She was a native of Rankin County and a long time resident of the Arlington Community of Neshoba County.  Mrs. Byars was Baptist by faith.   Survivors include daughters, Carolyn Hicks of Florence, Betty Dickinson of Philadelphia, and Lynda McCrory of Philadelphia; son, Al Byars of Philadelphia; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.   She was preceded in death by her husband, A. L. "Buck" Byars.
