BERT JONES Mr. Pierce, 69, died Sunday, December 5, 2010 at his residence.   He was a native and long time resident of the East Neshoba Community in Neshoba County.  He was retired from McLain Plumbing where he worked as a plumber/welder.  He had worked a number of years offshore as a welder and also at Weyerhaeuser Company in Philadelphia.  Mr. Pierce was protestant by faith.   Survivors include his wife, Patsy Pierce; daughter, Pam Neese; sons, Billy Joe Pierce, Jr., all of Philadelphia and Johnny Pierce of Punta Arenas, Chile; six grandchildren; sister, Eva Mae McDaniel of Philadelphia; brother, Jerry Pierce of Meridian and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.
