WAYNE SANDERS Mr. Charles Murphy, 69, died Friday, December 10, 2010 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian.   He was born and reared in Leake County and had made his home in Philadelphia since 1980.  Mr. Murphy was a member of Mt. Nelson Baptist Church.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.   Survivors include his wife, Annette Jackson Murphy of Philadelphia; two daughters, Angela Posey and husband, John of Philadelphia and Leeann Kitchens and husband, Douglas of Meridian; two sons, Charles Wayne Murphy of Kingsland, GA and Austin Murphy of Philadelphia; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; three sisters, Carolyn Langley of Ackerman, Donna Myers of Carthage and Deloris Steen of Waco, TX and two brothers, Jack Murphy and Bobby Murphy, both of Carthage. Mr. Murphy was preceded in death by his parents, Earnest T. and Myrtis Johnson Murphy and two brothers, Frankie Joe Murphy and Russell Murphy.
