Bobby Goss, a native of the Neshoba County, passed away recently at the age of 74. He had resided in Kemper County for the past several years but always cherished his roots in Neshoba County. Bobby began his career working on offshore oil rigs at a young age and later became the superintendent for Baldwin Sand and Gravel at Yates Construction Company, where he dedicated many years of service. In his later years, Bobby found great joy in his life as a farmer, raising cattle on his farm—a pursuit that brought him immense happiness. He was also an avid horse rider who loved spending quality time with family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Terri Calvert Goss, of Scooba, MS; daughter, Amanda (Chet) Hailey, of Louisville; son, Jonathan (Kim) Goss of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Alicia Aspiazu, Hagan Hailey, Emily Goss, and Clay Goss. Bobby also cherished his great-grandchild, Grace Aspiazu; and his beloved shih tzu, Taz Goss. He is survived by his sisters, Patricia Gray, Shirley (Billy Joe) Skinner and Barbara Belk; brothers, Jimmy Dale (Cindy) Goss, Jerry (Sharon) Goss, Doyle (Marilyn) Goss, and Johnny (Diane) Goss; sister-in-law, Ruth Goss; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Etoile Goss, brother, Carl Goss; and infant daughter, Melody Goss.

His memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him and his dry wit. Friends and family are invited to join in celebrating the life of a remarkable man who touched so many lives. Rest in peace, Bobby. Your legacy of love and kindness will never be forgotten. The family would like to thank the Harpers Hospice Care Inc. of Meridian for there compassion and care that they showed to our family during this difficult time.

Pallbearers: Freddy Majure, Bill McClanahan, Jimbo Mosley, Cody Harrell, Shannon Skinner and Robert Whittle.
