A memorial service for C. D. Watkins will be held at a later date. Mr. Watkins, 70, of Collinsville, died Saturday, April 4, 2020, at UAB in Birmingham, AL. He was a native of Neshoba County in the Dixon Community. He worked and retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad. Mr. Watkins was a member of the Dixon Presbyterian Church. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Pam Watkins; daughters, Misty Smith and Francie Horton (Jay), all of Collinsville; two grandchildren, Madison Hays and Kristen Hays; and best friend, Larry Dupont (Audrey) of Collinsville.
