Deborah Dykes, 55, of Carthage passed away Friday, May 23, 2025 at her home.

Deborah was a resident of Leake County for 14 years. The hobbies she loved were doing crafts, outdoor fishing for catfish, gardening and taking care of her family. Her passion was reading and studying the Gospel.

Survivors include her husband, Greg Dykes; sons, Zechariah Horn (Naomi) and Jeremiah Horn; stepsons, Brandon and Chad Dykes; grandchildren, Lee Horn, Mary and Madison Gracie Dykes; father, Carey Horn; sister, Tammy Sharaf; brother, Brian Horn; father-in-law, Randy Broxson; a host of nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Dykes was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Horn; grandson, Brian Dykes; grandparents, Olin and Annie Horn; mother-in-law, Dorothy Aline (granny) Broxson; father-in-law, Thomas J. Dykes.
