Evelyn Hoyt Chadwick

Services for Evelyn Hoyt Chadwick will be held Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel.  Visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00-8:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  Donations may be made by mail to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, by phone to 1-800-822-6344, or online at www.stjude.org Mrs. Chadwick, 86, of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Neshoba General Hospital in Philadelphia. She was a native of Neshoba County and longtime resident of Philadelphia.  She retired from Wells-Lamont in Philadelphia and later worked as a nanny and at Kinderdomes.  Mrs. Chadwick was a member of Bond Baptist Church. Survivors include sisters, Frances Patterson of Nanih Waiya and Linda (Jimmy) Breedlove of Philadelphia; numerous nieces, nephews and their families; and many good friends. Mrs. Chadwick was preceded in death by husbands, Buford Hoyt and Cecil Chadwick; daughter, Kaye Chadwick Herrington; parents, G. W. Wright and Ira Bell Wright; sister, Beth Williamson; and brothers, Howard Wright and Hubert Wright.
