Services will be held Sunday April 8, 2018 at 2:00 PM. from McClain-Hays Chapel.Visitation will be held Sunday April 8, 2018 from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at McClain-Hays.Interment will be in North Bend Pentecostal Church Cemetery. Mrs. Barrier, 94, of Philadelphia, died Friday, April 6, 2018, at Neshoba County Nursing Home. She was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County and  was retired from  Neshoba County General Hospital where she had worked in the nursery.  Mrs. Barrier was a  member of First Pentecostal Church in Philadelphia.  She had been a resident of Neshoba County General Nursing Home where she was known to many as “Momma Helen”. Survivors include her daughter, Peggy (Ronnie) Stokes; son Mitchell (Bobbie Ann) Barrier, all of Philadelphia; grandsons, Christian (Pam) Stokes and Scott (Anita) Stokes; granddaughter, Whitney (Jonathan) Brock; great-grandchildren, Will, Abby, Hannah and Eli Stokes. Mrs. Barrier was preceded in death by her husband, C. O. “Doc” Barrier; parents, Oscar and Geneva Luke Hancock; brothers, Leon, J. D., James and William E. “Son” Hancock; sisters, Inez Agent, Eva Martin, Dorothy Fulton, Bobbie Green and Clarice Erwin.
