Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at McClain-Hays Chapel, with burial to follow at the Mars Hill Cemetery in Winston County. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon on Thursday until service time at McClain-Hays. Rev. Chris O'Daniel will officiate.

Mrs. Manning, 82, died on February 14, 2026, at Select Specialty Hospital in Ridgeland, MS.

Judith Hawk Manning was a native of Mobile, AL. She proudly graduated from Murphy High School in Mobile and enjoyed her time in Gulfport, MS, before moving to Neshoba County in 2001. With a commendable career, she worked as a dedicated secretary at both Brookley Air Force Base in Mobile and Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, contributing greatly to their missions until retirement.

 Mrs. Manning was a member of the Zama Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Clayton Bennett Manning of Philadelphia; daughter, Heather Whitemore (James), and a granddaughter, Taylor Tynes, all of Chesapeake, VA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, G.V. and Pearlie Mae Hawk of Mobile, AL.
