Graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at Morrow Cemetery in the Dixon community of Neshoba County.

Mr. Palmer, 78, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Poplar Springs Nursing Center in Meridian, MS.
