Margaret was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her. Margaret was a devoted wife and shared a deep and lasting love with her husband, Aubrey. Although he preceded her in death several years ago, she continued to carry his memory and their life together in her heart. Their years together were an important part of her life, and she missed him dearly. She joined him in heaven on his birthday. Her family finds comfort in knowing that they are together again. Being a mother and grandmother was one of her greatest joys. She loved her children dearly and treasured her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She cherished the time she was able to spend with her family.

Margaret was a hardworking woman who took great pride in everything she did. She worked at Wells Lamont and later devoted many years to farming, raising both poultry and beef cattle. She knew the meaning of hard work. She had a special love for gardening and spent countless hours working in her yard and tending to her flower beds. She loved to share her flowers with others, often bringing flowers she arranged to church on Sunday mornings. She found so much enjoyment in watching her flowers grow and bloom. Margaret was also a talented seamstress. Over the years, she sewed clothing for many ladies. Many people were fortunate to wear something made by her loving hands. She especially loved the Christmas season. Margaret looked forward to decorating her home and yard for Christmas and took great pride and pleasure in making everything festive and beautiful. She loved hosting the ladies from church at Christmastime. Decorating for Christmas was a tradition she cherished, and her family will fondly remember the time, care and joy she put into making the holiday special.

Margaret will be remembered for her love of family, her love for her church, her beautiful yard, her sewing and special love of Christmas. She lived a life filled with love, hard work and devotion to those she held dear. Her love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
