CHRIS VOWELL  Ms. Fagan, 82, of Philadelphia, died Friday, December 29, 2017, at Neshoba County Nursing Home in Philadelphia, MS.She was a native and longtime resident of Clarke County, MS, but had been a resident of Neshoba County for the past 10 years. She was a retired sales clerk and nurse’s aide. Ms. Fagan was a member of Shady Grove Pentecostal Church in Clarke County.                                             Survivors include her sisters-in-law , Mavis Fagan of Philadelphia and Lynn Fagan of Quitman; five nieces, five nephews and their families.She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary E. and Perry O. Fagan; infant daughter, Brenda Kay Fagan; brothers, Perry Fagan, Jr., Leonard Franklin Fagan and Charles Richard Fagan.
