Services for Mr. Paul Harbour will be held Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. from McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cliff Barker and Rev. Randy Caldwell officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Pleasant cemeteryin Kemper County.
