Sandra Williams walked through the eternal gate on Friday, August 15, 2025 at her home in Philadelphia, Ms. She was at 88 years old and had lived a full life, having lived from Montana to Arizona, Carolina to Buffalo, and to other places, but would always tell you that she was from Texas. She was a member of Beacon Street Baptist Church. She was retired, having worked in newspaper management and in coordinating hospital management activities, and other endeavors. She enjoyed Ancestry, History and traveling to some of those places was one of the favorite things she liked to do.

Survivors include husband, Mitchell Williams; her Havanese dog, George; son, Jay Adcock (Daphne) of Alabama; grandchildren, Valerie Walton (Clint), Amber and Justin Adcock of Georgia; niece, Sabrina Saffel (Chris) of Nevada.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Leota Madge Saffel; brother, Robert; step-father, Johannes Neilsen.
