Tammy Landrum Myhre, a beloved resident of Meridian, MS, passed away on June 10, 2025, at Ochsner-Rush Hospital surrounded by her family. Born in Neshoba County, Tammy spent most of her adult life in Meridian, where she established deep roots and lasting connections. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Mississippi State University and went on to work in the medical field, specifically in x-ray and imaging, for Mobile Imaging. Unfortunately, Tammy had to retire early due to health challenges.

Tammy was known for her vibrant personality and creativity. She enjoyed making crafts, scrapbooking, hunting for treasures in thrift stores, and attending her son’s band concerts whenever she could. Above all, her greatest joy came from spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren, Haylee, Zakk, and Emmett Stockman.

A devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Meridian, Tammy was deeply loved and respected. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Myhre; her son, George (Kellie) Stockman; her parents, John and Dorothy Landrum; her sister, Johnna (Dennis) Robinson; as well as her nieces, Deanna (Randy) Diveley and Katelyn (Justin) Wiggins, and nephew, Nathan Robinson.

Tammy will be remembered fondly by a host of dear friends and family members whose lives she touched with her kindness and spirit. Her love and legacy will continue to inspire all who knew her.
