Udine Bennett

Graveside Services for Udine Alexander Bennett will be held Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 10 a.m. from Mars Hill Cemetery in Winston County with Bro. Dennis Todd officiating. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Bennett was born and raised in Winston County, MS and attended Arlington Schools. Udine loved to sew, cook (her specialty was dumplings and fried chicken), gardening, flowers, word search puzzles and reading the paper. She dearly loved her family and will be surely missed.

Survivors include her sisters, Patsy Moore (Lavon), Winnie Faye Clark and Shirley Griffin; a host of nieces, nephews and their families.

Ms. Bennett was preceded in death by her husband, Buster D. Bennett; parents, Fred and Aria Alexander; sisters, Gladys Myers and Lucille Todd; brothers, Prentis and Doris Alexander.
