Vivian Walker was born in Houston, Texas, and resided primarily in Neshoba County throughout her life. She was employed for several years as a manager at the McDonald's located in Philadelphia. Vivian found pleasure in shopping, watching her preferred television programs, and crocheting. She valued the time spent with her family, particularly her grandchildren.

Her surviving relatives include her daughters, Bonnie Loe and Katie Walker; her son, Cecil Walker, all of Philadelphia; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel Klauck, Viktoria Klauck, K'Ah Alford, and Weston; brother-in-laws, Milton and Kenny Walker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman A. Walker, and her parents, Cecil and Bonnie M. Loe.
